  Wollondilly Shire Council has committed to an ongoing significant investment in new and upgraded community and sporting facilities all across the Shire, with the adoption of the 2024/25 Operational Plan and Budget at last week’s Council meeting.

  The Barrallier Park small-scale water play facility was unveiled and tested on 1 August by Mayor Matt Gould, Hon. Angus Taylor MP, Judy Hannan MP and Councillors.  CEO Ben Taylor and Council staff were also in attendance.

  Wollondilly Shire Council is inviting feedback on the draft Wollondilly Shire Contributions Plan 2025.
  
  A Contributions Plan ensures there is money (contributions) from developers to fund local infrastructure that is appropriate for the community. This may include local roads and pathways, parks and playing fields, libraries, community / recreational facilities, as well as plan administration.

• $1.36 Billion in local infrastructure for Appin announced as IPART releases final report on Appin Contributions Plan

  Wollondilly Shire Council has welcomed the release of the final assessment from the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal (IPART) on its Appin Contributions Plan.
