  Food Organics and Garden Organics (commonly referred to as FOGO) is a kerb side waste collection service where residents place food waste in the green-lid garden organics bin instead of the red-lid garbage bin.   Wollondilly Shire Council has welcomed the announcement that the speed limit on Menangle Street, Picton, will be reduced by Transport for NSW in response to safety concerns from local residents.
