Wollondilly Shire Council (the Principal) is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced Principal Consultant to undertake the Architectural Design Services for the construction of the new Amenities Buildings at both the Thirlmere Sportsground at 22 Oaks Street, Thirlmere and Warragamba Sportsground at 69 Warradale Road, Warragamba.
Thirlmere Sportsground
The provision of the new Amenities Building forms part of the adopted Thirlmere Memorial Park and Sportsground Space Master Plan. This project will deliver a new clubhouse which will service the needs of the Rugby League Club and other sporting groups. The proposed new facilities will provide:
- New multi-purpose clubhouse
- Changing rooms x 4, including showers and toilets
- Amenities – Public & Spectators Toilets, including Accessible WC’s
- Storage Rooms x 2
- Callers Room
- Tiered seating
- Canteen – potentially two rooms plus storage
- Council Cleaners Store
Warragamba Sportsground
The provision of the new Amenities Building forms part of the adopted Warragamba Open Space Master Plan. This project will deliver a new clubhouse in the Eastern precinct which will service the needs of Athletics, Rugby League and other general purposes, accommodating the growth in population of Warragamba and Silverdale. The proposed new facilities will provide:
- New multi-purpose clubhouse
- Changing rooms x 4, including showers and toilets
- Amenities – Public & Spectators Toilets, including Accessible WC’s
- Storage Rooms x 4
- Callers Room
- Tiered seating
- Canteen – potentially two rooms plus storage
- Council Cleaners Store

Lodgement
Tenders may be electronically lodged via the Tenderlink.com website, or hand delivered to 62-64 Menangle St Picton (Tender Box), or post to PO Box 21 Picton. Council shall not accept any Tenders after the closing date and time. Council does not accept submissions via email or facsimile.
Canvassing of any Council members or officers will disqualify tenderers from the tender process.
