Council is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the construction of a new single storey car park located in Picton town centre under a design and construct model. The development will consist of the protection and adjustment of utilities, the construction of a concrete single storey car park, upgrade of local pedestrian access, and landscaping.

Deadline

 Tenders close Tuesday 24 June 2025 at 11:00am

Lodgement

Tenders may be electronically lodged via the Tenderlink.com website, or hand delivered to 62-64 Menangle St Picton (Tender Box), or post to PO Box 21 Picton. Council shall not accept any Tenders after the closing date and time. Council does not accept submissions via email or facsimile.

 

Canvassing of any Council members or officers will disqualify tenderers from the tender process.
