The application is Integrated Development under Section 4.46 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act, 1979. Approval for the proposed development is required from the Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water under Clause 91 of the Water Management Act 2000.
Council’s Community Participation Plan outlines Council’s guidelines for notifying applications that are received. The development is on notification from 16 May 2025 to 16 June 2025.
