Development Application Lodgement Planning Alerts

Planning Alerts is a free third-party service that allows you to subscribe and receive notifications when Development Applications (DAs) are lodged within your nominated area. This helps you stay informed about proposed developments in your community.

How to Subscribe

To sign up and receive notifications, visit the Planning Alerts website and enter your address or area of interest.

Important Information

• Wollondilly Shire Council supports the operation of Planning Alerts by providing access to DA data, but this system is independent of Council’s DA Tracker.
• For detailed information on a specific DA, visit the Wollondilly Shire Council DA Tracker to view application documentation.
• If you would like to make a submission on a DA currently on exhibition or learn more about the process, refer to Council’s Making a Submission factsheet.
