Need a new bin, want to make a change to your existing service or report a problem? You can manage your bin services and submit requests through our Customer Portal.
Ready to make a request? Log in to the Customer Portal or create an account to get started. Once logged in, go to Waste Services and follow the prompts for the service you need.
Order, Change or Remove a Bin
Order a new service, request an additional bin, change your bin size or remove an additional bin.
Fix or Replace Bin
Request a repair or replacement for a damaged bin or lid.
Report a Missed Collection
Let us know if your bin wasn't placed out or collected as scheduled.
