Council offers an out-of-hours emergency response service for a number of matters affecting residents that generally require an immediate response by the Compliance Officers or Rangers.
If the subject is not listed below, the matter will be addressed during normal office hours, Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5 pm. If you require a response outside of general office hours, please call Council’s central contact number on 46771100, listen to the recorded instructions and your call will be redirected to Council’s After Hours Service
If your request falls within one of the listed categories your
details will be recorded and contact will be made with you by Council’s rostered officer. The rostered officer will contact you for further details regarding the after-hours request.
