Depending on the type of development, contributions will be payable after a DA/CDC is approved and prior to Construction Certificate, Commencement of Works or Subdivision Certificate. As contributions rates are updated every quarter, we will need to be contacted for a Payment Advice prior to payment.

For a general enquiry or to obtain a written a contributions estimate for a proposed development, please complete the Contributions Enquiry Form below.
If a contribution is required, the certifying authority will include a condition in the consent or complying development certificate requiring the contribution. This condition will advise when the contribution needs to be paid.
To pay the contribution or request payment advice please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Payment advices are typically issued within 2-5 business days and will remain valid until the next quarterly indexation date. If the contribution is not paid by this date, a new payment advice will be required for the next indexation period.
Contributions can be paid via credit card, back transfer or at Council’s customer service counter. Additional information will be provided with the updated payment advice.
