Request for Tender - Construction of Menangle Footpath

Council is inviting tenders for the construction of a footpath and associated works at Menangle.

 

This Tender is for the construction a new concrete pathway at Menangle, from Station Street Menangle, extending to Riversford Close and to St. James Avenue. The project will include; demolition and removal of the existing footpath, excavation for new footpath, compacted sub-base to WSC specifications, retaining walls, supply and install handrails and all other associated works as part of this tender.
Council (the Principal) is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified, licensed and experienced Tenderers only for the procurement of the works and services above. The resulting contract will be a Lump Sum.
