Proposed Lease - Victoria Oval (& construction of Rural Fire Station) – Ref: CM12500 & DD10.2020.516.001.
Council is proposing to enter into a Lease with NSW Rural Fire Services to enable a building to be constructed and used for emergency services (Rural Fire Station) on land known as Part Lot 7005 DP 902838, No. 157-187 Menangle Street Picton – Victoria Park Oval Reserve. The proposed term of occupancy is for four (4) consecutive five (5) year terms, totalling 20 years.
In accordance with Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993, submissions to be submitted up to the close of business 5pm on Tuesday 19 January 2021.
