Amended Fees and Charges Bargo Waste Management Centre

The amended fees and charges to the following Waste report that were adopted in October 2018 were due to an oversight in the formerly adopted budget.

The additional fees and charges are below.  The fees are for the commercial classification of soils - Excavated Natural Material (ENM) and Virgin Natural Material (VNM).

 Public Exhibition

The amended fees and charges will be on public exhibition from Wednesday 21 November 2018 to Wednesday 19 December 2018.

Information relating to the draft amendments can be viewed:

  • Council’s Customer Service Centre, 62-64 Menangle Street, Picton between the hours of 8:30am – 5pm, Monday to Friday;
  • Wollondilly Council Library, No. 42 Menangle Street, Picton between the hours of 9:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Wednesday and Friday, 9:30am to 6:00pm Thursday and 9:00am to 12:00pm Saturday.

The Act imposes obligations on use to place submissions on Council’s website and submissions may be used in Council Reports or court proceedings.
