The application is Integrated Development under Section 4.46 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act, 1979. Approval for the proposed development is required under Section 91 of the Water Management Act 2000, Section 100B of the Rural Fires Act 1997 and Section 15 of the Mine Subsidence Compensation Act 1961.
The application and plans relating to this proposed development can be viewed on Council’s website at https://www.wollondilly.nsw.gov.au/council/advertisements/ or can be inspected at Council’s Administration Centre between 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday (public holidays excluded) for a period of 28 days from 15 November 2018 to 13 December 2018.
