The following Development Application has been received by Wollondilly Shire Council for the use of the following land:
Property: 110 Myrtle Creek Avenue, Tahmoor (Lot: 100 ,DP: 1234480)
For the purposes of: 34 Lot Subdivision with New Roads and associated site works, Tree removal and demolition of existing structure.
Applicant: Brinsley Properties Pty Ltd C/- North Western Surveys P/L
Consent Authority: Wollondilly Shire Council
The Development Application is an Nominated Integrated Development under Clause 5(1)(b) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulations 2000.
Approval for the proposed development is required from the Department of Primary Industries - Water in respect to an approval under the Water Management Act, 2000.
The application and plans relating to the proposal may be inspected at Council’s Offices, 62-64 Menangle Street, Picton, between 8am and 4pm, Monday to Friday (public holidays excepted) for 31 days commencing 14th December 2017.
Any person may make a written submission in relation to the Development Application.
